ACCOMMODATION

It appears that no problem with the booking a hotel.
Please, use any on-line facility (booking.com, tripadviser.com etc.)
to book a hotel you wish.

Sputnik Hotel (http://www.hotelsputnik.ru/numberse.htm)
is the nearest hotel to Frumkin Institute.
Two hotels “Ibis Moscow Paveletskaya” and “Ibis Moscow Centre Bakhrushina” (ibis.com) are also good located between Frumkin Inst. and the city center.
Transportation of attendances from any hotel each morning and back in the evening
will be organized by the local committee.

TRAVEL TIPS

Please note that all foreign citizens arriving to Russia have to fill in a migration card while passing through customs. The migration card is normally given before crossing the border (in airplanes, trains, buses, ships, etc.). Be careful in filling in this migration card and keep this card until leaving Russia.
You are to arrive at the VnukovoDomodedovo or Sheremetyevo airport in Moscow.

Please, inform the local organizing committee your flight and arrival time.
You will be met right at the airport and guided to your hotel.

As useful information, please, be aware of Aeroexpress trains link the airports with the city. You arrive, respectively, at the Kiyevsky, Paveletsky or Belorussky railway station. Then you will need to take either the Metro or a taxi from the station to the hotel (https://taxi.yandex.com/#index).
Alternatively, you can book a taxi (~$30-40) at the airport desk or via global taxi service providers like Uber and Gett, as well as Russian Yandex.
